Desenvolve-se o argumento de que a pol赤tica de p車s-gradua o no Brasil, orientada 角 carreira e ao desempenho acad那mico, como imp e o modelo de avalia o da Capes, n o 谷 capaz de atender 角s novas compet那ncias e pap谷is esperados dos doutores no atual cen芍rio de intensifica o das rela es e do intercambio cient赤fico, econ mico e cultural no ambito nacional e, especialmente, internacional. This paper discusses how research education is influenced by the dynamics of knowledge production and use within a given context of application.
