%X This article is in charge of one ofthe most important dimensions of the paradigmreconstruction of the Powder-modernity:the philosophical dimension. Leaving ofhighlighted points of the work of Nietzsche(the first powder-modern), and of the paradigmnotion as method, tries to really focusthe perspective of transmutation of the valuesin favor of a new conception; instead ofthe metaphysical truth the collective truth,that shows as built right. The focus presupposesother aspects of the proposal, as thetransformation corresponding of the politicianand juridical elements, those are objectof other texts of the author of this work.Institutions of inclusion are cogitated, thatseason direct and indirect democracy, so thatto each conflict one can obtain the best solutionfor the parts, the State and the Society.In that inclination, it is ended, the Powdermodernityis not an utopia, it is a method ofprojecting the transformations of a challengingreality, in that one should rescue the thirdelement: the commons. The rescue of thecommons will transform the paradigm mainof the Modernity.Este artigo ocupa-se de uma das dimens esmais importantes da reconstru  o paradigm¨¢ticada P¨®s-Modernidade: a dimens o filos¨®fica.Parte de pontos destacados da obra de Nietzsche,e adota a no  o de paradigma como m¨¦todo, procurandoenfocar a perspectiva de transmuta  odos valores em favor de uma nova concep  o deverdade; contrapondo e justapondo ¨¤ verdade metaf¨ªsicaa verdade coletiva: a primeira centrada nasinstitui  es pol¨ªticas representativas e a segundamanifestando-se no campo da participa  o. Noplano jur¨ªdico, a verdade constru¨ªda vai inspiraras fontes do direito como direito constru¨ªdo (pelaSociedade). Essa abordagem (filos¨®fica), portanto,pressup e outros elementos, como a transforma  ocorrespondente do pol¨ªtico, do jur¨ªdico edo econ mico, objeto de outros textos do autordeste trabalho. Cogita o texto de institui  es deinclus o, que temperem democracia direta e indireta,de forma que a cada conflito se possa obter amelhor solu  o para as partes, o Estado e a Sociedade.Nesse vi¨¦s, conclui: a P¨®s-Modernidade n o¨¦ uma utopia, ¨¦ um m¨¦todo de projetar as transforma  esde uma realidade desafiadora, em que sedeve resgatar o terceiro elemento, que ¨¦ o coletivo.A institucionaliza  o do coletivo transformar¨¢a matriz paradigm¨¢tica da Modernidade.
