%X The theory of law, after the first decade of this century, needs to approach the new features assimilated by legal dogmatics whether to remain a space of observation and constructive thinking. The dogmatic is still linked to the language paradigm that forces the lawyers to review their semantics. For both, there is the realization of Humberto Maturana and Niklas Luhmann¡¯s epistemological projections in law to build social networks focused on society as autopoietic. This paper attempts to show the different perspectives on the theory of autopoietic social systems and their relationship with the production of meaning and paradox, the search for a concept that can be operatonalized by law.Resumo: A teoria do Direito, passada a primeira d¨¦cada do s¨¦culo XXI, precisa se aproximar das novas fei  es assimiladas pela dogm¨¢tica jur¨ªdica se pretende continuar a ser um espa o de observa  o e de reflex o construtiva. A dogm¨¢tica ainda continua ligada ao paradigma da linguagem, isso for a os juristas a reverem asua semantica. Para tanto, observa-se a realiza  o das proje  es epistemol¨®gicas de Humberto Maturana Romes¨ªn e de Niklas Luhmann, noDireito, para a constru  o de redes sociais voltadas ¨¤ sociedade como autopoiese. Nessa linha de ideias, este ensaio pretende abordar as diferentes perspectivas existentes sobre a Teoria dos SistemasSociais Autopoi¨¦ticos e sua rela  o com a produ  o do sentido, e o paradoxo ¨¤ procura de um conceito que possa ser operacionalizado peloDireito.
