This study was planned to conduct sequence analysis of all the three ACE¡¯s and rennin. The sequences were retrieved from databases and submitted to the motifscan tool and identified many functional sites namely : cAMP phosphorylation , Prokar_Lipo protein, Asp_Protease, A1_Propeptide, in Renin. Asn_Glycosylation, N-myristoylation , Protein kinase kinase Cphosphorylation ,zinc_protease, ,CK2- phosphorylation Angiotensin-converting enzyme site in all the fourenzymes. RGD cell attachment sequence, seven residue repeat, pentapeptide repeats ,PetG in ACE_2. Tyrosine kinase phosphorylation site, coagulation factor V LSPDrepeat in ACE and ACE_2. MIR domain profile in ACE and ACET. Amidation motif ,MVP (vault) repeat profile in ACE alone. Amidation motif indicates formation as aprecursor, MVP (vault) repeat profile was found in ACE alone which may be responsible for multi drug resistance. %K Domains %K functional annotation %K functional motifs %K prohormone %K zinc protease. %U http://www.bmjournal.in/admin/photo/1362026103August2%202010.pdf
