%X In health research, one of the major tasks is to retrieve, and analyze heterogeneous databases containingone single patient¡¯s information gathered from a large volume of data over a long period of time. Themain objective of this paper is to represent our ontology-based information retrieval approach forclinical Information System. We have performed a Case Study in the real life hospital settings. The resultsobtained illustrate the feasibility of the proposed approach which significantly improved the informationretrieval process on a large volume of data over a long period of time from August 2011 until January2012
