%X The purpose of this paper is to present design/development and implementation of the automated end-to-end functional radar simulation software package: Radar Performance Analysis System (RPAS). This study demonstrates its usefulness as an educational tool. The review of literature supports the use of technology in a variety of learning environments. In addition, this study suggests that RPAS can be extended to solve problems of dynamic systems.
