%0 Journal Article %T EXTRACELLULAR ALKALINE PROTEASE PRODUCTION FROM ISOLATED BACILLUS SUBTILIS SVR-07 BY USING SUBMERGED FERMENTATION %A M.Narsi Reddy %J International Journal of Pharmaceutical Research and Development %D 2011 %I rtechnology %X Screening and isolation of proteolytic bacteria was carried out from the soil samples collected from the surroundings of University College of Technology,Osmania University,Hyderabad. And identified as Bacillus subtilis SVR-07.The Bacillus subtilis SVR-07 could be grow up to 60oC with in a broad pH range of 6.0 to 11.0 with an optimal growth temperature and pH at 55oC and 9.0 respectively.Different optimization parameters like Incubation period(48hrs), Inoculum level(3ml),Age of inoculum(24h),Effect of inhibitors(AgNO3) and different types of surfactants(Cetrimide) on alkaline protease production by using isolated Bacillus subtilis SVR-07.The results showed that the Bacillus subtilis SVR-07 under study are good producer of extra cellular protease at high temperature. This might be an indication that proteases produced would be thermo stable. %K Alkaline protease %K Bacillus subtilis SVR-07 %K Submerged fermentation %K Optimization %U http://www.ijprd.com/Article_No_300_Mar_11_21.html
