Antioxidant properties of methanol extracts were studied by the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging method. Among the mushroom extract Amanita ceciliae and Pleurotus ostreatus (96.16 %) showed the most potent radical scavenging activities at 4.51 and 2.72 mg mL-1, respectively. The lowest scavenging activity was exhibited by C. rhacodes (70.46%) at 2.35 mg mL-1. %K Antioxidant activity %K chemical content %K edible wild mushroom %K Anatolia %U http://docsdrive.com/pdfs/ansinet/ijp/2012/134-138.pdf
