%X Lateral incisor agenesis is an important cause for the esthetic smile disharmony due to strategic location. These clinical cases besides multidisciplinary are always treated under the strong influence of either the orthodontic or the prosthodontic discipline. The first approach consists of orthodontic mesial replacement of the missing lateral with the existing canine and giving it an incisor shape, whereas the last approach constitutes a conventional fixed-partial-denture treatment or implant supported prostheses for the missing incisors. This clinical report represents the multidisciplinary rehabilitation of a 21-year-old male with bilateral congenitally missing upper lateral incisors. After orthodontic therapy and providing the necessary space for the laterals, bilateral implant placement and prosthetic treatment was carried out. Incorporation of zirconium reinforced abutments and all ceramic crowns to the therapy had provided attractive and confident smile for the patient. ZET Lateral di  agenezisi g¨¹l¨¹msemedeki stratejik pozisyondan dolay  b¨¹y¨¹k bir estetik sorun yaratmaktad r. Bu olgularda estetik rehabilitasyon, multidisipliner olmakla birlikte, genelde ya ortodontik ya da protetik tedavi yakla  mlar n n etkisi alt nda yap lmaktad r. Bu olgu raporunda,  ift tarafl  ¨¹st lateral di  agenezisi olan 21 ya  ndaki erkek hastan n multidisipliner yakla  mla tedavisi anlat lmaktad r. Ortodontik tedavi ile lateral di ler i in olu turulan bo luklara tek di  implant destekli protez uygulamalar  yap ld . Daha estetik sonu  elde etmek amac yla zirkonyum destekli abutmentler ve tam seramik kronlar kullan ld . Tedavinin sonunda hastaya rahat ve g¨¹zel bir g¨¹l¨¹mseme kazand r ld .
