%X Pleomorphic adenoma (PA) is the most common salivary gland tumor. PA¡¯s originating from minor salivary glands mostly occurs in the hard and soft palate. This case report describes a pleomorphic adenoma diagnosis and treatment found in an older age women, which occurs in an uncommon region-upper lip mucosa. Keywords: Pleomorphic adenoma, salivary gland tumor, upper lip mucosa.    ZET Pleomorfik adenom (PA), en s k rastlan lan t¨¹kr¨¹k bezi t¨¹m r¨¹d¨¹r. Min r t¨¹kr¨¹k bezi kaynakl  PA¡¯lar n en s k g r¨¹ld¨¹ ¨¹ yer sert ve yumu ak damakt r.
