Clinique du¡ sympt me ? A clinical process¡ of the symptom? The origin and medical adhesion of a symptom tend to convert it into a lesser category in psychoanalysis, which gives prevalence to the concepts that were forged and developed by Freud: the unconscious, repetition, transference, drive. Going against this simplistic idea and without avoiding diagnostic practices, this article insists on demonstrating how a symptom condenses the essential elements of the conceptual in psychoanalysis and how it is situated as much at the beginning of an analysis as at the end, a point that gives us reasons to state that the psychoanalytic experience is fundamentally a clinical process of the symptom. %K diagn¨®stico %K fantasma %K fin de an¨¢lisis %K psicosis %K s¨ªntoma. diagnostic %K fantasme %K fin d¡¯analyse %K psychose %K sympt me. diagnosis %K end of analysis %K phantom %K psychosis %K symptom. %U http://www.revistas.unal.edu.co/index.php/jardin/article/view/36138
