%0 Journal Article %T Numerical Analysis of Yb 3+ Doped Double Clad Fiber Laser %A XU Xiang-tao %A DAI Te-li %A LIANG Yi-ping %A WANG Ding-ju %J Journal of Chongqing Normal University %D 2013 %I Chongqing Normal University %X By solving the rate equations£¬the expression for output laser power of Yb 3+ doped double clad fiber laser was obtained.The effects of pumping wavelength£¬pumping power£¬fiber length£¬doping concentration£¬output mirror reflectivity on the laser output power were analyzed by using Matlab software.The results show that the optimum fiber length was different under 915nm and 975nm pumping£¬and was affected by the doping concentration.The output cavity mirror reflectivity should be as small as possible.The optimized output power of Yb 3+ doped double clad fiber laser could be achieved through optimizing some system parameters of the laser. %K fiber laser£»rate equation£»Yb 3+ doped£»numerical analysis %U http://journal.cqnu.edu.cn/1301/pdf/130120.pdf
