This article analyzes two local experiencesin Argentina ¡ªthe Agricultural Machinery District and Las Parejas Cluster¡ªconnecting topics such as innovation, learning and other difficulties (endogenousand exogenous), which disturb the normal cluster operations of localindustrialized agglomerations. From this perspective, innovation processes, firmrelationships and institutional network actions are analyzed.
