%X IT revolution and the transformation of industrial society to knowledge society globalization marked the most significant, influential and most comprehensive business trends and the emergence of the modern era. The intensive development of the Internet as a global business infrastructure has led to substantial changes in business strategy, but little attention has been devoted to developing new models of management capable of implementing the terms of the global, networked business environment. However, in the era of globalization, where new opportunities may arise in any part of the world, the greatest pressure lies on the management, who must possess the knowledge and skills needed for success in the global environment. It is precisely this issue that is examined in this work.
