%X The occurrence of WegenerĄ¯s granulomatosis (WG), a multisystem autoimmune disease of unknown etiology, during pregnancy and postpartum is rare. We present here a rare case of a pregnant woman with corneal ulcer that occurred secondary to WG during the postpartum period.
