%X This paper analyzes the status and importance of the mathematical competence training on the innovative engineering and technical talents and further to establish the mathematical techniques module system for the engineering and technical talents at undergraduate level. It has been pointed out that the research on mathematical module promotes not only the integration of mathematical, information and vocational technology, also the formation of professional core competencies, as well as being the key of the cultivation of muli-skill engineering technology talent with innovation at high level.
