Methods: Twenty eightphysically active male university students were randomly assigned to participate in one offollowing training group: group C (n=8) served as a control; ES (n=10) and SE (n=10)combined the two programmers in different order during the same training session. The traininggroups performed concurrent training program with different sequence for 8 weeks (3 days perweek). The subjects thoroughly stopped their training for a 8 weeks period; then training periodfinished; and in this time only fulfillment daily works. The following measurements were madeon all subjects before and after 8 weeks of training and after 8 weeks detraining: weight; height;percent body fat; VO2max (ml/kg/min); and one repetition maximum (1RM) leg press (LP);1RM bench press (BP).Results showed significantly reduce in VO2max and 1RM in movementbench press and leg press in the ES and SE groups after 8 weeks detraining (P¡Ü0/05).Nosignificant difference was observed in decrease maximal strength and VO2max between groupsES and SE after 8 weeks detraining. %K Concurrent Training %K Detraining %K Aerobic Capacity %K Maximal Strength %U http://ephysician.ir/2011/111-377.pdf
