%X With the arrival of the digital era, digital publishing has become a global trend for the publishing industry. Considering this, it is important to fully understand issues regarding the entire digital publishing industrial chain. Literature analysis and in-depth interviews were used to study the development of and the following four facets of the digital publishing industry: (1) technology, standards, and digital rights finding materials and the quality of bibliographic records are highly correlated. It is necessary to enhance the quality of bibliographic records before implementing FRBR frame publishing industrial chain were also investigated.
