Mujtaba %J Journal of Knowledge Management, Economics and Information Technology %D 2012 %I Scientific Papers %X Most professionals face work-life conflicts as they move through their profession¡¯s hierarch and progressively advanced stages. This study explores the impact of work-life conflicts on employee performance. A sample of 130 respondents was selected from the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA).There appears to be a positive and significant relationship between work-life conflicts and performance of employees.Statistical analysis was used to see the impact of gender and marital status on the work-life conflicts and performance of employees.
