Sytnikov %J Elektrika : Journal of Electrical Engineering %D 2007 %I %X Using the integral equations method an analytical solution has been obtained for the problem of transforming a monochromatic wave by finite time rectangular recurrent pulse trains conductivity, permittivity and permeability of boundless homogeneous and isotropic medium.
