Here, the authors report a rare case of 50-year-old woman with a cystic and calcified brain tumor metastasized from non-small cell carcinoma of lung and review the literature. Calcification with cysts in metastatic brain tumors might be an indicator of a relatively long survival in cases of metastatic tumor if the primary tumor is controlled because a long time is required for the formation of calcium deposits. %K Brain tumors %K metastases %K calcification %K non-small cell carcinoma %U http://www.jns.dergisi.org/pdf/pdf_JNS_573.pdf
