Molecular Modelling Study with respect to Docking is frequently used to predict the binding orientation of drug candidates to their protein targets in turn predict the affinity and activity of the small molecule. On the basis of docking study, some compounds are proceeded to synthesize. Molecular docking studies of designed A receptor antagonist was validated on the basis of docking score obtained by re-docking of co-crystallized ligand of A2A receptor (PDB ID: 3EML) as well as all synthesized compound was validated by spectral analysis. %K Benzothiazole %K A2A receptor %K molecular modelling %U http://www.pharmascitech.in/admin/php/uploads/38_pdf.pdf
