Standard ANOVA, Repeated Measures ANOVA andLinear Mixed Model were used to analyze two sets of data due to Cole and Grizzle (1966) andCrowder and Hand (1990) by using SAS 9.2. Four groups of dogs (dataset 1) were found to differsignificantly with respect to blood histamine levels under all the three methods of analysis exceptlinear mixed approach under H-F covariance structure, whereas different groups of pigs (dataset2) were found to differ insignificantly with respect to body weights under all the abovesaidmethods. On the basis of the values of AIC, AICC and BIC unstructured covariance structure wasfound best. %K Repeated Measures %K Sphericity %K Mixed Model %K Covariance Structure %K Fit Statistics. %U http://www.jrss.in/data/5I19.pdf
