In the present paper, theestimation methods have been developed for small area in longitudinal surveys using small areaestimation (SAE) techniques. Direct, synthetic and composite estimators have been proposed toestimate the population mean of small area at given point of time. We also provide detailed ofmean square errors (MSE) of the proposed estimator. An empirical study is carried out to showthe properties of the proposed estimators. %K Longitudinal surveys %K small area estimation %K direct estimator %K synthetic estimator %K composite estimator %K means square errors. %U http://jrss.in/data/66.pdf
