In children, simple liver cysts are described as small, asymptomatic, and rarely hemorrhagic. We report an adolescent male presenting with an unusually large hepatic cyst that did not have typical imaging characteristics. The imaging findings and histology are displayed along with the differential diagnoses of complex liver cysts. %K simple cyst %K complex cyst %K liver cyst %K hemorrhagic simple cyst %K imaging of a simple cyst %K hydatid cyst %K entamoebic cyst %K entamoeba cyst %K pyogenic abscess %K cystadenoma %K complex liver cyst %K differential diagnosis %U http://www.radiologycases.com/index.php/radiologycases/article/view/55
