%X This theory has two chapters: ¡°The structure of elementary particles¡±, which is based on the hypothes is of a specific particle quantum field entering the structure of ¡°elementary¡± particles, observed, I called it an elementary dipole. This has the characteristics of a quantum which I attributed some physical properties with which one can explain all the properties of elementary particles as electric charge, rest mass, mass and unify relativity with gravity and magnetic forces. And in the chapter¡°The structure of the universe¡± in which I reveal the existence of state equations of the universe with which can be predicted evolution of the universe, explains the accelerated motion due to red photons and the existence of cosmic radiation frequency of 2.7 K, therefore invalidate the Big Bang theory. Elementary dipole behind all elementary particles fill the whole space of the dark energy, dark matter of the universe and based on these theoretical considerations is presented universe and explains as a new model of the universe.
