%X El 15 de marzo de 1813, la Academia de Jurisprudencia de M谷xico organiz車 una sesi車n en la que se discuti車 la Constituci車n de C芍diz, recientemente promulgada en M谷xico. Se trataba de un ejercicio tradicional que dej車 al descubierto las diferentes ideas que se ten赤an del concepto "soberan赤a" que, a partir de la crisis de 1808, estaba transform芍ndose de manera dram芍tica. En esa sesi車n se adelantaban algunos de los problemas a los que se enfrentar赤a el r谷gimen constitucional. This article analyzes the session organized by the Jurisprudence Academy of Mexico on 15 March 1813, which discussed the C芍diz Constitution, which had recently been proclaimed in Mexico. It was a traditional exercise that exposed the different ideas of the concept of "sovereignty" which was changing dramatically after the 1808 crisis. This session anticipated some of the problems that would later be faced by the constitutional regime.
