%X This study is focused on career self-efficacy of young (15每16 and 17每18 years old) basketball players. The total number of participants was 116 basketball players, aged 15每16 and 108, aged 17每18. The questionnaire method (Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale) was used in the study. It has found that career of young basketball players, aged 17每18 if compared to the ones, aged 15每16 (p <0.05) is chiefly based on the vicarious experience, verbal persuasion, positive emotional arousal and good breeding.
