Besides preceding investigation, this Project is going to use information from the city and the area surrounding. We are going to work from a two dimensional model: procesual diachronic and functional synchronic. In the first case, we propose the integration of the city to a complex process of interactions between native and european society, before foundation, which it means divergent development between adaptative effectiveness and exploration respectively. We consider that this contradiction allow us to understand the strategical justification of foundation. Integration of the city will have different level ( local level, regional level). This growth to the regional level lis the functional synchronic dimension. The foundation will be the synthesis between effective occupation and transcultural processes that were started before. These processes can be contrasted in a new several productive ways (acquisition of many unknown products) that cause deep social changes. This changes are the base of consolidation of urban model that make anthropic changes in the environment. Then, the city it will became in the center of a macro productive circuit as well as exchanges. The city is the main area that shows up this exchanges with environment (modifications that society makes in it and that one environment modified cultural behaviour (earthquake, alluviums, drought). We will make an exhaustive historiography work to recheck documents. Then we will contrast hipothesys. To do that we will use archaeological evidence from the city and primary sources (writing documents) from environmental history. %K Mendoza city %K Archaeology %K historiography work %U http://www.comechingonia.com/HoracioChiavazza.htm
