Si lĄŻon ne peut nier le caract¨¨re op¨Śratoire de ces approches, elles passent sous silence la dimension essentielle pour la compr¨Śhension du changement que constitue le rapport ¨¤ la m¨Śmoire et au pass¨Ś.A partir dĄŻune enqu¨şte ethnographique de terrain men¨Śe de 2003 ¨¤ 2007 au sein dĄŻune grande institution bancaire (le Groupe Caisse dĄŻEpargne), cet article entend montrer quelques uns des enjeux proprement m¨Śmoriels que le changement engage : difficult¨Śs ¨¤ reconna tre lĄŻentreprise dans ce quĄŻil advient dĄŻelle, production manag¨Śriales visant ¨¤ renouer le lien entre pr¨Śsent et pass¨Ś que le changement est venu alt¨Śrer, mise en place, par les collaborateurs de pratiques qui permettent de maintenir lĄŻengagement originel de lĄŻorganisation. Organisational change is usually considered from a management or an implementation point of view.
