%X Este trabajo analiza el informe Nunca M芍s, elaborado por la Comisi車n Nacional sobre la Desaparici車n de Personas (CONADEP); 谷sta es una orga nizaci車n creada en Argentina por el Presidente Alfons赤n, en 1983, para investigar el destino de los desaparecidos a causa de la represi車n estatal. Examina la estrategia de este informe para exponer tanto el sistema de desaparici車n instaurado por la dictadura militar como la lectura que ofrece de la violencia pol赤tica. El escrito concluye que Nunca M芍s articul車 las premisas de la democracia restaurada para pensar el pasado de violencia con la narrativa gestada por los desaparecidos para denunciar este crimen. Estas claves no historizaron el pasado, ni supon赤an la condici車n universal 〞en cuanto sujetos de derecho〞 de los afectados por la violencia estatal.// This paper analyzes the content of the report Nunca M芍s (Never Again) elaborated by the ※National Commission on the Disappearance of Persons§ (CONADEP) created in Argentina in 1983 by the President Ra迆l Alfons赤n to investigate the destiny of the thousands of missing persons caused by the state repression. It examines its strategy to expose the system of disappearance and its reading of the political violence. The paper concludes that Never Again articulated the premises of the restored democracy to think the political violence on the basis of the constructed narrative done to denounce these crimes by the affected of the disappearances. These elements did not illustrate the past in historical terms and they did not even assume the citizenship universal condition of people affected by the state violence.
