%X Endogenous development was born in communities with the participation of the collectivity, it is a change of the production system of the country, where every region requires the transformation of natural resources into goods and services, aimed at the satisfaction of the needs and demands of the population, generating employment and welfare and therefore quality of life. Therefore, the endogenous development is a production of the social economy unit. This demand include different forms of economy, as the production of goods and services of quality, the forms of labour, the values of work and shared growth, local customs. Therefore, the social economy requires rescue community values, with their processes, as well as supportive, cooperative values and humanists, for the change of the capitalist economic model to the social economy, to achieve happiness and quality of life of the citizen. So, that the social economy acquires both the significance of a tool for the defeat of poverty, economic, cultural, political and ideological; for the rescue of conceptions of progress and well-being. This social economic model of solidarity and social commitment ensures the inclusion of the Venezuelans and Venezuelan in the construction of the country. El desarrollo end車geno nace en las comunidades con la participaci車n de la colectividad, es un cambio del sistema productivo del pa赤s, donde cada regi車n requiere la transformaci車n de los recursos naturales en bienes y servicios, dirigido a la satisfacci車n de las necesidades y demandas de la poblaci車n, generando empleo y bienestar social y por ende calidad de vida. Por lo tanto, el desarrollo end車geno es una unidad de producci車n de la econom赤a social. Esta demanda incluir formas de econom赤a distintas, como la producci車n de bienes y servicios de calidad, las formas de trabajo, los valores de trabajo y crecimiento compartido, las costumbres locales. Por consiguiente, la econom赤a social requiere rescatar los valores comunitarios, con sus procesos, as赤 como los valores solidarios, cooperativos y humanistas, para el cambio del modelo econ車mico capitalista al de econom赤a social, para alcanzar la felicidad y calidad de vida del ciudadano. Es as赤, que la econom赤a social adquiere la significaci車n de una herramienta para la derrota de la pobreza, tanto econ車mica, cultural, pol赤tica e ideol車gica; para el rescate de concepciones de progreso, calidad de vida y bienestar social de las personas.
