%0 Journal Article %T ESTRATEGIAS DE FORMACION EN LA COMUNICACI¨®N POPULAR, ALTERNATIVA Y COMUNITARIA EN VENEZUELA %A Useche %A Mar¨ªa Cristina %A Romero %A Mildred %A Escalona %A Yetselinne %J CONHISREMI %D 2010 %I Instituto Universitario de Tecnolog¨ªa Tom¨¢s Lander %X The purpose of this work is focused on analyzing the community training in the field of alternative communication, popular and of its own, from the perspective of the Ministry of Popular Power for Information and Communication in Venezuela in the period 2002-2008, under the foundations of democratic humanism, specifically from Freire (1998( and Prieto (1977). The methodology used is descriptive with non experimental-transectional design. The information was obtained from bibliography and documentary sources. The conclusions are that the above mentioned Ministry has taken some steps forward on forming and training personnel on popular communication, from communities and is this way alternative, in some regions throughout the country.
