%X Due to the legality issues of different public school settings, virtual learning/e-learning or distance learning serves as an option for improving education. Additionally, within the past few years, virtual learning has increasingly permeated the debate over how best to educate all students. Because of its ability to possibly transcend student¡¯s geographical and other structural barriers that have hitherto limited educational attainment, the virtual learning movement is one way to help improve educational options for black males
