%X The political personalism has been a historical constant in the Venezuelan road map after the second half of the twentieth century. In fact, he came to become one of the defining traits of the quintessential liberal representative democratic model. This essay addresses the analytical study of this phenomenon, emphasizing the general features of its evolution towards the pursuit of two goals. First, unravel the genesis of the mechanisms through which political personalism operates inserted in Venezuelan contemporary socio-political structure. Secondly, to provide methodological and / or foster conceptual understanding of how the political structure currently in force in Venezuela, as long as it expresses the aforementioned phenomenon. El personalismo pol赤tico ha sido una constante hist車rica en el derrotero venezolano transcurrido durante la segunda mitad del siglo XX. De hecho, lleg車 a constituirse en uno de los rasgos por excelencia definitorio del modelo democr芍tico liberal representativo. En este ensayo, se aborda el estudio anal赤tico de dicho fen車meno, haciendo 谷nfasis en los rasgos generales de su evoluci車n con miras a la prosecuci車n de dos objetivos. En primer lugar, desentra ar el g谷nesis de los mecanismos a trav谷s de los cuales el personalismo pol赤tico se insert車 y opera en el tejido sociopol赤tico venezolano contempor芍neo. En segunda instancia, aportar elementos metodol車gicos y/o conceptuales que propicien la comprensi車n del funcionamiento de la estructura pol赤tica vigente en la actualidad venezolana, en tanto y cuanto en ella se expresa el precitado fen車meno.
