%X Nowadays Pedagogy is put face to face to several challenges some of them actually colossal. The solution of some of them obstructs the other ones. A complicated and even paradoxical situation, l is created. The solutions of this problem can t be undertaken by means of including all the students need to learn. It s necessary a change in the performance of professors so that they become learning directors and the universities should improve this change. In this work some change possibilities are valued regarding contents could make part of the academics programs:1. Dissemination of Science.2. Information management.3. Project management.4. Hidden curriculum.5. Talent nurturing.
