%X El art¨ªculo presenta el resultado de la investigaci¨®n hist¨®rico-filol¨®gica de la obra paren¨¦tica del obispo de Ocrida y escritor Bizantino Teof¨ªlacto, dedicada al pr¨ªncipe Constantino Ducas. El discurso, inserto en la tradici¨®n ret¨®rico-pol¨ªtica de los "Espejos de Pr¨ªncipe", constituye una fuente de extraordinario valor para el estudio de la teor¨ªa pol¨ªtica bizantina. El art¨ªculo sit¨²a hist¨®ricamente al autor y su obra, presenta un resumen del discurso en lengua castellana y ofrece un completo repertorio bibliogr¨¢fico. The article presents the results of historical-philological research of the parenetic work of the Bishop of Ocrida and Byzantine writer Theophylact, dedicated to prince Constantine Ducas. The speech, inserted in the rhetorical-political tradition of "Prince Mirrors" is an extremely valuable source for the study of Byzantine political theory. The article places historically the author and his work, presents a summary of the speech and offers a full bibliographic reference.
