%X The article presents brief analysis of relations between Russia and Ukraine over the last two decades: from 1994 to 2011. Special attention is attached to intergovernmental relations between the countries, concerning economical, political and strategic issues in the context of Ukrainian presidents¡¯ policy, from L.D. Kuchma to sitting president V.F. Yuanukovich.
