Al-Habil %A PhD %J Business and Management Review %D 2011 %I Global Research Society %X Based on the book of Unmasking Administrative Evil, this review discusses the tension between professionalism and individual conscience in the context of a dichotomy. It is argued that neither professional standards nor individual conscience can be alone the framework for administrative ethics.
