%X Dear readers of our scientific journal, we thank you for your interest in this edition of our publication.It consists of a Dossier on the shoulders of two Scholars at our Faculty of Theology, Dr. T¨¦rcio Machado Siqueira and Dr. Suely Xavier Santos. Beside this, we added further articles, reviews, and, in the section Documents and statements, we share the eyewitness of Anivaldo Pereira Padilha, given on June 15, 2011, during the Public Act of Repatriation of the archive ˇ°Brazil: Never Againˇ±, documents which were hands over to the General Attorney of the Brazilian Federal Republic, Dr. Roberto Gurgel.Articles and statement challenge the Christian Church, its ecclesiast and academic represents, to reflect on the Church itself and the Church in relation to society. Given the immensity of this challenge, we feel happy that the Dossier guides us to the founding document of the Christian faith, the Bible. We hope it serves as inspiration to continue on the path towards personal renewal, continuous ecclesiastical reforms and the transformationof society.
