	<span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">An interesting approach for the design of anti-allergies is rationally considered. It was proved that current anti-allergic </span><span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">drugs comprise piperazine and acrylic acid segments. In harmony with these findings, new products </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">5a</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">-u</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"> were synthesized </span></span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">starting from conjugated 2-thiopheneacrylic acid with amino acid esters</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">3a</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">-g</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"> followed by coupling of their acid deriva</span></span><span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">tives</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">4a</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">-g</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"> with some piperazine segments, with the aim to increase their biological activities and decrease side effects. The anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory activities of the products </span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\">were</span><span style=\"font-family:Verdana;\"> evaluated and promising results were obtained.</span></span>
