%X In Table 1 of the original manuscript, two gene defects were inadvertently omitted. These two defects (Cernunnos and DNA ligase IV deficiency) fall into the category of DNA recombination defects and lead to a radiosensitive form of SCID associated with microcephaly and developmental defects. These two genes have now been added to a revised Table 1.
