	<span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">川崎病是一种以全身血管炎为主要病变的急性发热性出疹疾病，也是儿童后天性心脏病的诱因之一，严重者导致冠状动脉损伤，甚至引起心肌梗死及猝死。IVIG是公认的治疗川崎病的有效药物，本文就川崎病发病机制及IVIG对川崎病的治疗做一综述。&lt;br/&gt;Kawasaki disease is an acute febrile rash disease of systemin vasculitis and has become one cause of acquired pediatric heart disease in child. It will result in coronary artery damage and even lead to myocardial infarction and sudden death. IVIG is recognized as an effective drug treatment of Kawasaki disease. This review covers for mechanism and IVIG treatment of Kawasaki disease.</span>
