人类口腔微生物种类繁多,结构复杂,与人类常见的口腔疾病有着密切的关系,与血管硬化、心脏病突发等疾病也可能存在关联。因此,对口腔微生物菌群进行研究具有重要意义。分子生物学手段可避免经典微生物技术在多样性研究中的局限性,更可靠、更直接地反映微生物多样性在生态系中的原始构成,其中16SrRNA序列分析是目前研究口腔微生物菌落最为广泛,最为有效的手段之一。现对16SrRNA基因的特点,序列分析技术的原理及进展,以及其在口腔微生物群落中的应用做一综述,以期为更好应用16SrRNA序列分析方法研究口腔微生物提供一些帮助。<br/>The oral cavity harbors large numbers of bacteria, which plays a vital role in maintaining the ho-meostasis of oral cavity. Oral microbiota may be crucial to the health or disease status of the human host. Therefore, it is important to known the oral microbial community. Molecular biology tools, avoiding the limitations of classical microbiological techniques, reflect the microbial diversity more reliable and more directly, among which 16SrRNA sequence analysis is one of the most extensive and effective means to study oral bacteria. This paper aims to critically review current knowledge about the characteristic of 16SrRNA gene, the principle and the progress of sequences analysis technology and its application in oral microbial flora. This review will provide some help for studying oral microbial community using 16SrRNA sequence analysis method.
