This paper introduces the characteristics and system structure of WebField ECS-100 system. We analyze the influence factors of alpha methyl styrene product quality in the phenol plant, find out the reasons, retrofit it, and achieve the objective economic benefit.</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\"></span>
