Physicochemical and Atomization Performance Study of Coal Based F-T Aviation Fuel %A 杨晓奕 %A 赵晶 %A 周冠宇 %A 谭若樵 %J Clean Coal and Energy %P 22-30 %@ 2334-3516 %D 2015 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/CCE.2015.33004 %X 本文选取我国自主合成的煤基费托合成航空燃料,对其组分特性、理化性能、雾化性能进行了实验和理论分析研究。煤基费托合成航空燃料主要由链烷烃组分构成,其含量达到99.04%,不含芳香烃组分。理化性能方面,煤基费托合成航空燃料的密度低于标准航空煤油,但有更好的挥发性和低温性能。通过比较煤基费托与标准航空煤油雾化锥角、雾化液滴SMD和液滴尺寸分布指数N值三个表征雾化性能的参数,实验结果表明煤基费托合成航空燃料与标准航空煤油宏观雾化性能相近,但微观上,煤基费托合成航空燃料的雾化液滴SMD更小,且液滴尺寸分布更加均匀。
Coal based Fischer-Tropsch synthetic jet fuels have been investigated in its component characte-ristics, physicochemical properties and atomization performance in comparison with kerosene. Synthetic jet fuel mainly consists of alkane component with 99.04%, and less aromatic hydrocarbon components. In respect of physicochemical properties, the density of coal based Fischer- Tropsch synthetic aviation fuel is lower than the standard aviation kerosene, while the volatility and freezing point of FT fuel are better than that of kerosene. By comparing the spray angle, atomized droplet average diameter and droplet size distribution index, the results show that coal based Fischer-Tropsch synthetic aviation fuels are similar to aviation kerosene in spray angle. In addition, coal base Fischer-Tropsch synthetic aviation fuel appears smaller atomization droplet mean diameter (SMD) and uniform droplet size distribution, which indicates that FT fuels can produce low emission in combustion. %K 煤基费托合成航空燃料,理化特性,雾化性能,SMD
