These algorithms are providing more effective optimized results in multi-model optimization problems than Genetic Algorithm. The necessity of optimization is more considerable in SRFL-[Single Row Facility system] used to optimize the cost and time. In this paper, MAIS ¨C [Modified Artificial Immune System] algorithm introduced newly to overcome from existing AIS. MAIS use very small size of local search on the antibodies which can improve the algorithm efficiently.
