%X 右美托咪定(dexmedetomidine, Dex)是一种新型高选择性α2受体激动剂，具有镇痛、镇静、抗焦虑等作用，已广泛用于临床麻醉及ICU。关 于Dex减少术后恶心呕吐（postoperative nausea and vomiting, PONV）已成为目前研究热点。本文对Dex减少PONV的研究进行综述。</br>Dexmedetomidine (Dex) is a new highly selective α2 receptor agonist with analgesic, sedative, anxiolytic and other effects. Dex has been widely used in clinical anesthesia and ICU, its use in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) has been widely reported.
