%0 Journal Article %T 基于壳聚糖空气滤料的除菌效果<br>Sterilization Effect of Air Filter Materials Based on Chitosan %A 邢金城 %A 马瑞?h %A 李勇刚 %A 刘亭亭 %A 凌继红 %J 天津大学学报(自然科学与工程技术版) %D 2018 %R 10.11784/tdxbz201705067 %X 针对空调系统的二次污染问题, 制作壳聚糖复合滤料, 以白色葡萄球菌为目标微生物, 在风道式净化系统中进行除菌实验, 分析基材、滤速、壳聚糖质量分数及滤料厚度等因素对除菌效率及阻力的影响.实验结果表明, 壳聚糖/丙纶复合滤料相对于纯丙纶滤料除菌效率有所提高.综合考虑阻力与除菌效率, 在1 m/s滤速下, 以丙纶为基材效果最好, 相比壳聚糖/天丝复合滤料阻力降低46 Pa, 而效率仅降低3.0% .增加壳聚糖质量分数和滤料厚度均可提升除菌效率, 但滤料厚度≥0.5 mm后, 阻力显著增加, 而除菌效率已无明显提升.<br>Sterilization filter materials based on chitosan were fabricated to deal with secondary pollution in the air conditioning system. Staphylococcus albus was selected as the target pollutant. The sterilization removal experiment was conducted in the purification system to analyze the influence of different substrates,velocity,chitosan mass fraction and the filter thickness on sterilization efficiency and resistance. The results indicate that compared to pure polypropylene filters,polypropylene/chitosan materials achieved higher sterilization efficiency. At the velocity of 1 m/s,polypropylene substrate showed better performance than the chitosan/tencel materials on sterilization efficiency and resistance. When the resistance of chitosan/polypropylene was 46 Pa lower than that of the chitosan/tencel material,sterilization efficiency of chitosan/polypropylene material was just 3.0% lower. Increasing the mass fraction of chitosan and the thickness of the filter materials could improve the sterilization efficiency.
