	本文对近些年来微波萃取技术在天然产物有效成分提取中的应用进行了综述，比较了其与传统浸提法的区别，所涉及的天然产物包括黄酮、生物碱、多糖、有机酸、挥发油、多酚和色素等。<br />
In this paper, the application of microwave assisted extraction in natural product in recent years has been reviewed and compared with the traditional extraction method. The natural products involved including flavonoids, alkaloids, polysaccharides, organic acids, volatile oils, polyphenols and pigment.
